The breakfasts offer a wide array of delicious meals, the location is convenient next to the highway, and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

We had booked a double room with an extra bed for our 6-year-old son. we arrived at 5pm, we had to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare the room. And, I don't know if it was because of that wait, they gave us a two-storey suite with two huge bathrooms (with elliptical bike included) and breakfast buffet included (which we didn't have included in the reservation and which, by the way, cost 20 euros per person per night) with a great variety of food, with a variety for vegans, by the way. attention was very very correct and attentive. we arrived at the room's door, they didn't open the cards and without saying anything, floor waiter rushed to open us with a manual key. After 5 minutes and without asking, we had a guy from the hotel with 4 new cards. It was all perfect.

The auxiliary bed, which is the same sofa in the living room but open, was too hard and if you have back problems, as was my case, you can tell. But it's not overly uncomfortable either.

The hotel, although it has its own age, which was something we wondered about at first, does not show it. Everything is more than well maintained and is not noticeable at all, it has many details of service that surprise, and although not always used, are from the ice machine in the corridor, which served us and much with hot days, through the bicycles that are simply provided, the sauna, spa, indoor pool, etc., until the perfume or hygiene elements that count in each bathroom if one forgot something. Impeccable from that side, the restaurant is very good, but it could have a more extensive menu.

If I have something to criticize, it would be that the pillows were very uncomfortable, although they are typical of Germany, which one can find everywhere. I don't know if it's something so reprehensible for the hotel. The culture here is like that, and they use those.

Nice situation, overlooking aspergus fields (speciality of the region and delicious when served in the Walldorf restaurants) near to the motorway and to the village of Walldorf, a residential area. Rooms large and well equipped, beds very comfortable. Friendly service.

Good relation quality/price.

The location is quite far from Heidelberg.

the room was not pretty. the guys at the desk were not friendly. The elevator was too small for 2 persons with bags.

The location here is spot on! It's super comfy and located in a really nice area. Plus, it's close to an Edeka supermarket 🛒, a great restaurant 🍽️, and the SAP training center.

Second stay here. This time I had a very hard mattrass. The Caesar salad had a dressing that does not have anything to do with a Caesar salad. In the morning the cleaning lady woke me up by knocking on the door at 7.30 !!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is perfect as it is close to the Autobahn, making it easy to find and convenient for travelers. The smart bar area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long drive. Additionally, the hotel offered room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services which made our stay even more comfortable. We were also impressed with the welcome drink upon check-in, a nice touch that made us feel welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with tours/ticket assistance and ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.

when i pay 20€ for breakfast than i do not accept that the buffet is missing all the time a lot of the offer. No cheese, no eggs, no ham etc....We had to wait all the time for these components

The food was nice and the location was magnificent. We spent 1 night in comfort king room with air-conditioning, a huge bathroom and seperate beds. The staff were wonderful, lovely.
